El Hierro is the smallest and the most southerly of the Canary Islands declared a World Biosphere Reserve by UNESCO. The Parador is set on the beach on the east coast approximately two kilometres from Las Casas and ten kilometres from Valverde.
It has an outdoor swimming pool and a terrace overlooking the Atlantic ocean. In addition, there is a gym and a Jacuzzi. Inside there is a lounge, a bar and a restaurant, which is situated where the sea meets the volcanic mountain and offers views of the Atlantic. Here, classic examples of El Hierro cooking are served, presented in an avant garde style.
