When you book a Castaways holiday, it is guaranteed to be financially secure. Our air travel holidays are ATOL Protected by the Civil Aviation Authority under our Air Travel Organiser’s Licence number 5384. We are bonded members of ABTA – membership Y6174 which gives you the same full financial protection for holiday arrangements where we do not arrange air travel such as accommodation only and travel by rail, ferry or car.
Castaways travel arrangements are subject to Castaways Terms and Conditions of Booking. Where Castaways acts as an agent for independent tour operators. Each operator has their own Booking Conditions, which will be made available to you before you book.
