This is an extremely popular and long established family run hotel, nestled in a hillside overlooking the sea. The interior is reminiscent of a medieval castle with richly panelled walls and ceilings, antique furnishings, fine paintings and ceramics. There are several lounges and a large bar with a daily entertainment programme including music and dancing some evenings. The winter-garden dining room serves breakfast and dinner is served in the main restaurant with alternative dining at the beach restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner during summer months.

The main swimming pool is heated and there is a fitness and leisure centre offering a wide range of treatments as well as a sauna, gym, Jacuzzi and sun terrace. There is a lift to the sea level garden with a second swimming pool, bar and snack service, heated Jacuzzi and a small sandy beach. There is also a tennis court, squash, table tennis and mini-golf, a pool table, petanque and volleyball. There is a Children’s Club in July and August.
