At the heart of the Loire valley, this lovely small castle dominates the valley of Choisille, in a peaceful location just a few kilometres from Tours. The chateau dates back to 1864 and was built in the elegant Napoleon III style; it has oak parquet flooring and the walls are adorned with tapestries. It is set in a large landscaped park where the resident peacock roams and guests may see other wildlife. The park extends to 15 hectares and is home to one hundred year old rare species of trees.

In summer months, guests can enjoy breakfast served on the outdoor terrace. There is a tennis court and a play area for children as well as a heated outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. There is a restaurant which makes use of local goods where possible including produce from the vegetable garden. Guests can be assured of a very friendly welcome by the hosts, Régis & Violaine de Lussac.
