Greeting & visiting
We provide a Concierge Service in Mallorca & Madeira where our local staff are available by telephone at all times to assist, answer questions, suggest local places of interest, give details of local transport and make restaurant recommendations. They will do everything possible to ensure your enjoy your holiday to the fullest.

Holidays to France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and Germany are created for the more independent traveller. The driver of the transfer car will be waiting for you at the arrival airport or, if you have booked airport car hire, the Europcar desk will be holding a confirmed reservation including your flight details – so do not worry if any delay occurs.

Our Carefree Car Hire includes a large scale Road Map
We have selected Europcar logo for our airport car hire in France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Switzerland and Germany. This company has always provided a first class service for our clients.

In Mallorca & Madeira, we use long-established local companies who have served us well over the years. In addition to airport hire, they can also deliver cars to any hotel although a charge will be made, payable locally, for this and, likewise, if collection is also required.

Let someone else do the driving
Yes, it’s true! If you want to avoid driving on a two or three-centre holiday, we can provide individual private car transfers between selected towns in Spain or Portugal.

The driver will take the most direct route but you will be able to relax and enjoy the scenery. Naturally, arrangements of this kind are costly because each car has to return empty to its base. We shall be happy to quote if you let us have a suggested itinerary.

Butler service
Indulge yourself and enjoy a private butler at some of our more luxurious hotels. Neither too familiar nor too distant and available to fulfil your every need. This is the ultimate in personal attention making your stay as memorable as possible.

Excursions & sightseeing
We offer a superb range of full day and half-day excursions in Madeira. Details will be contained in the Welcome Pack given to you on arrival. We do not offer excursions in other destinations.

Every Mallorca and Madeira inclusive holiday booking qualifies for a free AA Essential Guide Book. These up-to-date, easy to use books, written by travel experts, tell you all you need to know about the destination. If you plan to walk in the countryside of your holiday destination, ask for details of the reasonably priced pocket size Sunflower guide books.
