Guide prices on this website do not include air travel. When you are ready to make a booking, we look for the best flight at the lowest cost. In this way, you will avoid pre-packaged holiday arrangements often based on inflated flight prices.
Our objective is to offer you a flight from your local airport on a day of your choice, at a time convenient to you and, wherever possible, with an airline of your choice. More importantly, there are no supplements to pay for prime time flights and provincial airport departures.
Club & Business Class
We have special rates for upgrades on most scheduled flights. You will usually enjoy extra legroom, upgraded catering and, in some cases, use of the airline airport lounge.
We can book seats on many airlines including some no-frills carriers. This guarantees you will be seated together on the aircraft. Airlines make a charge for this and we shall be happy to quote the extra cost.
Making your own flight arrangements
If you prefer to make your own flight reservations and just book hotel accommodation through us, you will still benefit from our exclusive return private transfers or airport car hire.
The majority of our holidays include round-trip private taxi hotel transfers. Check the guide prices as some arrangements include a self-drive car instead.
The benefits of making an early booking cannot be emphasised too strongly. By booking several months ahead, the airfare will be substantially less and the choice of accommodation and room types much greater.
Private Jet Charter
For the ultimate in travel luxury, fly by private jet travel to any of our destinations. An unforgettable experience for that extra special occasion. No check-in or security queues just arrive at the local airport or airfield thirty minutes before the agreed departure time and fly away. Naturally, this luxury form of travel is expensive; the cost depends on mileage and the number of passengers. We shall be happy to quote.
Take your own car
Where practical, you can drive your own car to the destination. We arrange Eurotunnel travel to Calais or by car ferries to France and Spain. You can travel back from a different port on a touring holiday to avoid covering old ground.
You must take a copy of the vehicle registration document and a licence for every intended driver. There are other regulations covering breakdown triangles, lamps, reflective jackets and spectacles. We strongly recommend you check the requirements of countries being visited. The AA and RAC can advise.
Take the train
We can make Eurostar reservations or book local European rail services. In Switzerland and Spain, travelling by rail is fast and efficient and enables you to explore more of the country in a shorter time.
